Book Review - The Dim Zone

The Dim Zone by Chris Turner is an exciting action packed read that tells an other worldly tale. It starts out on another planet with different life forms. It's really cool to see something so imaginative and different from our world. The only thing is that it all feels really detached from the reader. Since everyone involved are just mercenaries or hired thieves that don't know each other there is no emotional involvement. It's hard to care if things happen to the rest of the crew because of this. In any case, if you stick it out the world in these stories is still fascinating. I hope Chris Turner keeps writing. I'd really like to see more of this stuff.

I'm going to go with a 4 out of 5 for my rating. Its a wonderful world to explore, but I want to be a part of the world.
